Shipping Policy

Every AMUGE piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your shirt is printed after you place the order, then shipped directly to you.

1. Where we ship

United States · Japan · South Korea

We don't ship outside these three countries yet. More to come.

2. Where your order ships from

Designed in Aomori, Japan. Printed and shipped from our production partner in the United States.

3. Shipping cost

Free. On every order, to all three countries. The price you see is the price you pay.

4. Delivery time

  • United States — about 2 weeks. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 5–8 business days in transit.
  • Japan — about 3–5 weeks
  • South Korea — about 3–5 weeks

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, peak season, customs, and weather can add time.

5. Carriers and delivery options

We select the best route from the production facility; final delivery is handled by your local carrier. We can't accommodate requests for a specific carrier, a pickup location, or a delivery date and time.

6. Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. On international shipments, tracking can take a few days to appear, and it may stop updating while the package clears customs. That's normal.

7. Duties and import taxes

  • United States: no customs fees, no import duties. Your order ships from within the US.
  • Japan: duties and import consumption tax may apply and are paid by you, usually collected by the carrier at delivery.
  • South Korea: duties and VAT are waived below a set customs value; above it, they're paid by you. Customs may also require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호).

8. Failed delivery, damage, and loss

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available over an extended period, the cost of reshipping is yours. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us — we'll remake or refund after reviewing the case. If tracking hasn't updated in a long time, contact us too.
